At Michael’s Oven & Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every batch of our Fresh baked goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly remake your baked goods at no additional cost.
Policy Details:
Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Proof of purchase is required.
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not offer refunds.
Replacements will be provided for issues related to quality or preparation.
